Please get another so we can relax a bit.

Red card Forest? Thank God. Just win this game now please.
Although if they sit back, not sure we have what it takes to break them down in that scenario.
-
In general we are terrible at playing the ball into the feet of whoever it is that plays off the striker.
Sounds like Perez has been awful, but I'd love to see the positions he is in when he is receiving the ball. I bet he's being put in some crappy situations.
-
I'm done with this. Not mentioning it again.

Last time in the Championship we played 4-5-1 away and 4-4-2 at home. We didn't lose once at home all season. Rafa is too rigid and stubborn with his system.
Last time in the championship we didn't have Colback in midfield.
Aye, we had Alan Smith
Unfortunately for us right now, Smith back then is a hell of a lot better player than Colback now, and Smith was certainly no world beater.
Smith was ten times better than Colback man. No question. Especially in this league.
You think opposition mids are more worried about Colback than they were Smith?!
At least Smith had the athleticism to win headers and run them down, and at least force them into errors. Colback doesn't phase them one bit.
You're such an eejit, like.
Tbf I'm sure Kaka was present at loads of our Championship games in 09/10.
If you attend games every week and can't see that Colback is worse then you are the one with the problem.
It's okay we'll keep playing him in there and losing these games. You guys are clearly enjoying his performances.

Not having that like he was about as mobile as a double decker.
Yes, because Colback is flying around out there isn't he.

Diame on in midfield for Colback please Rafa. I beg you.
-
it's just the two defensive midfielders at home that bothers me really. Completely right to say it's worked for us till now but Shelvey not being in changes the whole system anyway, neither Hayden or Colback can do what he does so seems silly to just stick to same positions but effectively have a different system.
It's not two defensive midfielders.
It's one DM and one nonentity.

Lazy cowards on the pitch.
Does this always have to be the criticism when we play badly like? Same last season
Deep down a lot of people are PFMs. They'd all be Pardew if they were managers.
"Their all cowards"
""Stick two upfront"
"Go more direct"
"More passion"

Who is picking the team?
Just saying it isn't the system, as you were complaining about.
I wish he'd just put Diame in alongside Hayden, but apprently he doesn't see Diame as a central mid.
We need to sign at least two central midfielders on the 1st of January.

We are never going to control games with Colbak in midfield, especially without Shelvey alongside him.
Just looking forward to the window opening and this issue being addressed very quickly.
-
Like the combination of Yedlin and Ritchie too.We at least now have at least one person with lots pf pace and attacking intent on each side.
-
Hoping Atsu's pace opens things up for Perez, and it also lessens the impact of Dummett's uselessness going forward.
As for Colback ... well nothing can fix that. So we hope and pray for divine intervention there.
-
Squad players are pretty important for providing decent competition in training too, might I add. Not to mention bringing some professionalism to the job everyday, and showing some of the younger guys the way.
Still a long way to go yet, and injuries could come through anytime, and they may actually still have a major role to play in the first team.
This is all a bit embarrassing really.
-
Loftus-Cheek looked his best when he started being used as an attcking midfielder playing behind the striker.
I think Rafa sees him as a stand in for Diame, while he is at the ACON. Athletic, tall attacking midfielder to play off Gayle.
-
Apparently looking for a short term guy until the summer when they will review.
Harry Redknapp has put himself forward.
He will apparently look to bring in Terry and Lampard to help keep them up.
-
I lost my H2H because Kane missed that penalty
I could have strangled the buffoon man! So annoying!
-
That is laughable.
-
Beds being wet aal owa the shop.
Some people don't know they're born/remember that our last three managers were John Carver, Steve McLaren, and Alan Pardew. It's quite alarming how quickly people have taken things for granted. We're owed NOTHING by Rafa, learn to have a bit of faith and humility.
It's crazy man.
-
Some of the talk is quite unsettling. I must say.
-
This guy can't carry the ball for miles and run at people like Townsend could. However he does have quality. He needs a number 10 and central midfielders that can pass the ball, and therefore link up with him to eventually release him into space and decent positions to produce a final product. He is the least of our worries.

Really?! Well this is going to be very interesting. Really hope he does well in there, so this becomes a legitimate option going forward.
