It's not necessarily a bad thing, has to be said. Look at Sissoko and Gini. They were young enough to be of decent enough quality, but we were able to get very good value when they didn't really work out for us. I mean it's all a balance really.

Alli is so good can't wait to see him benched in favour of Rooney at the next england game

England really need to be looking at playing that 3-4-3 as so many England players are playing in it and doing well.

Rooney can play Erikkssen's position in it for England. So both he and Alli behind Kane. Although ideally it should be Lallana with Alli really. Lots of options though.

Rose and Walker are absolutely brilliant in those wing back positions. Cahill and Dier are used to playing in a back three now. Central midfiled would be Henderson and another.

Would work really well IMO.

Dembele has been great

He's class. Become such a great CM. Just so powerful and good on the ball.

Aarons was so dissapointing at the start of this season. Lost a lot of belief in the guy. Might be down to the injury issues, but he seemed to have lost something.

Got so many great attributes that gets him great chances but his conversion rate is really poor. Seen so many similar instances with him this season. He really needs to work on that, as he could be a really fantastic player if he improves it even a little bit.

He's been pure s**** for AFCB and it'd be a pretty big admission of failure on Howe's behalf given that he is their record signing.

Howe is a bit weird with signings.

Gradel, Mings, Grabben, Ibe and Afobe have not quite assimilated that well, and have mostly been used quite sparingly, and most were for fees that were quite big for them at the time.

Loaning him to us initially might be a good compromise. Guess we'll see.

We keep being linked with Callum Wilson, but any chance we're actually looking at loaning Ibe from them?

We were apparently interested before Bournemouth bought him in the summer, but he hasn't been getting games for them, and he is apparently disappointed as are the club.

He was really good in the Championship, so would make sense I guess.

Ince has done so well at this level time and time again, for different clubs too.

Never really been given a chance at the prem level. I wouldn't mind gettign him, and hopefully seeing him get promoted with us, and be given a fair crack in the prem.

His stats in this league have been so good.

Could you possibly switch Winks and Sissoko? Think Winks would open things up more further forward.

We need to tweak this formation a bit I think.

 

It's interesting he's gone with the 3-4-3. You guys were great against Chelsea with it, do you think he's going to stick with it longer term now?

 

Horses for courses. It works really well with our personnel (Walker and Rose, plenty of good CBs, strong and clever CF) and also counteracted Chelsea nicely. We've played it before and the guys know what to do. Today it might be a bit more limited - Janssen is a bit less mobile and lacking in confidence, Ben Davies is not comfortable going forward, we've not yet got a direct replacement for Eriksen.

 

Poch has quite obviously made a virtue of getting in players who can play in multiple positions. That {u]should[/u] allow us to mix it up, but I'm still not totally convinced about his abilities to make adjustments on the fly. He seems to be learning all the time though, which is ace.
