Not sure I agree with that tbh. Roy Keane rarely controlled his emotions and he's perhaps the greatest club captain I've ever seen. Bruno has a winner's mentality, not entirely dissimilar to Keane's. Making him captain will do a lot to lift the standards and commitment of everyone playing around him, I reckon. The odd tantrum / sending off in exchange for that is worth it IMO.
