  1. Except O'Neill is twice the manager. Not that I like him one bit, mind. No arguments from me. Still his teams played atrocious football imo.
  2. I love how Martin O'neill was saying individual brilliance can win you alot of games. Those comments stink of Alan Pardew.
  3. Leckie is pretty silly for signing on with a Bundesliga 2 side before the world cup. There would be 1st division sides in a few leagues that would want him after his performances.
  4. Was a good game. Robben and RVP made the difference. The defining moment was when Tommy Oar was through on goal and tried to pass, only for RVP to score at the other end. We are just too inexperienced at the moment.
  5. Ha Ha you're emotionally invested in an entertaining game for neutrals. so am I. But Im enjoying it!
  6. Thoughts on Australia? I'm really excited about this inexperienced side. We're missing about 5 starting players as well. We are fun to watch finally, I really like Leckie and his raw attributes. Thank fuck old hacks like Lucas Neill etc. are no longer playing.
  7. FFS Cahill suspended for next match. His last ever WC game then.
  8. Carl Fredricksen? Looks like that old disney character. which one? He's like an old child. Very odd
  9. Im hoping our record of never losing to you guys holds up again
  10. So are you all going to play nice while Australia plays today?
  11. He's actually quite good and has been ripping the Korean league to shreds for 2~3 years now. It's unfortunate that the FA/coach seem to basically ignore domestic-league performances for selection purposes. I'm currently living with a Korean guy in Singapore oldtype, we are waking up at 6am to watch the game. Hes very pessimistic after the Ghana friendly last week. As he rightfully should be. I don't think we're a worse team than Russia but they are clearly better prepared. I agree. Its a really talented squad, with most of your team playing at some big clubs. I'll be cheering you on, us Asian Confeds have to stick together (except Japan )

  13. I haven't seen him at all, but he played for Hamburg last season and the competition seems to be us and them Not exactly dealing with sovereign states here, if we can't compete with a team who nearly got relegated in Germany last year. Then who can we compete with? might as well say that Yannick Bolasie from Palace sounds far too good for us. Hamburg are a great club tbh, probably a German equivalent to ourselves except they have never been in the second division.
  14. Looks very likely. Not a bad signing, but we could do with a bit better to be honest. Pretty underwhelming imo.
  15. to be fair hes been promising since 2010/2011. He scored a truck load for Hertha Berlin that season. I remember banging on about him on here, he would be a good signing.
  16. Yeah, I think it's a role Jonas could cover in certain games. We really did need someone with more defensive knowledge to plug some gaps.
  17. Scored a heap of goals last season. I expect him to make the move to the Eredivise this transfer window.
