I'm sorry, I don't think that Shelvey did that on purpose. Wouldn't have been anything had the tables been turned.

Atmosphere seems flat

Uugh Souness and Pardew together.

I reckon we can get at these down the flanks . Hayden needs to have a stormer though.

No need to take the Michael

Then he should sell it to someone who can compete.

Not sure that day but i can remember those sky blue, 3 wheelers dotted around behind the goals at many a ground back then. they were amazing http://www.whichmobilitycar.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/Early-Disabled-Car.jpg They had a rather unPC nickname though. Haven't seen one for years, bet they'd be worth a few bob .

was just thinking about donated mini buses driving round the pitch at sjp today. edit- dogs on the pitch as well. I know it isn't football but didn't there used to be such a thing as white dog shit too? I'm sure there was [emoji23] yep dog shit was white in 70s - mid 80s. mind I seen some in Northumberland park last year- first time in decades Might have been antique dog shit [emoji23] Lots of bones etc in their diet and not getting cleaned up -> white shit. Calcium innit. I'm infinitely grateful for this enlightening education. [emoji23] Serious knowledge on such a niche subject.

Imagine Villa with Cockblock and Whelan together [emoji23]

Can't wait to see him blamed for us conceding a goal. Been a while since we saw Kenedy get it in the neck. Bit off to do this on Jackie' s tragic day too.

You only have to look at his Premier League record. I think I'm right in saying that every Premier League season he's played, he's been involved in a relegation battle. Glad to see him fucked off.

Oi shut it you. Palace interested apparently.

When you were able to see real English artists of the game , the likes of Gazza, Waddle, Hoddle, Barnes and Beardsley. We haven't really produced any for such a long time, Scholes excepted. In the 70s , the likes of Stan Bowles, Tony Currie and Frank Worthington even Ray Kennedy.

I don't think he's going to walk but if he's sought after by a club which is inevitable given his proven quality, then we will struggle to keep him.

As someone else said, Roy of the Rovers comic. I've just bought a dvd with loads of back issues of this on it. Took me right back [emoji4]

Towards the end of the 70s Chinny had Bob Wilson wìth him , just to give you the rest of that Saturday's news not covered by the games they had shown. Do you remember ITV getting the Saturday night spot for a couple of years circa 81-82 time.? MOTD just stopped until the Beeb won it back. And a year or so later we saw the first live League games sometimes a Friday night mainly Sunday afternoon, split between the two main channels. IIRC Spurs vs Forest was the first one ever and Spurs won 2-1 after going a goal behind. first ever live FA cup game ( other than final) was on a Friday night IIrc, any guesses where who? yeah remember footy disappearing off TV altogether for a while - thought it was later 80s tho. Us getting howked at Liverpool I reckon.

The Vulture speaks excellent English. Lethal striker in his day was Butragueno.
