  1. Read it earlier. We've said it for a while, he will run us like a bargain basement shop.
  2. I have an anti claw hammer helmet. If it cant fit around your bollocks then its useless Do it, do it http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2009/02/02/article-1134222-0345CC45000005DC-256_224x507.jpg

  6. Who cares. Bye Rangers.
  7. The moment we knew Ahley was at the training ground it should have been stormed by fans in protest.
  8. Given our current situation i'd have him, only if we offer his reasonable money.
  9. We could use Chery Cole as our celeb "you gotta fight fight fight fight for our love" We could dress her up as a magpie!
  10. Don't you understand that nobody has said it wasn't a disaster? Keegan should have been backed and allowed to manage the team. He wasn't and that's why we are as s**** as we are now. Now can you work out for yourself why it went wrong? Huh? You seemed to be saying it wasn't an ill thought out decision. I just took that to mean you thought it was a good idea... sorry if not. I'm fully aware why it went wrong, that's why I'm saying it was a mistake. The funny thing was, they had the ideal man to work with on a tight budget and they sacked him.
  11. Seriously, if he puts SD on the shirt and the shirt is made by a company he owns. Then it should not be bought by any nufc fan.

  13. Depends I guess if he can manage to get Sports Direct to be the shirt sponsor and Lonsdale as the shirt makers with cash coming from both. He would then be relying on NUFC fans to buy the kit knowing it was made by one of his companies and having sports direct on it. Big risk.
  14. But then he wont be getting wedge of cash from say Nike or Puma or whoever to buy the rights to make the shirts??? I dont want to second guess pork pie, it would be mad to.
  15. It would be silly of him, it would be free advertising for himself, if he wants to generate money he needs sponsorship from an outside source. Then again............ But would it ? He would be moving money from another business he owns part of to a business he owns all of. it's not like he's using his own cash and he would get fantastic advertising. Surely it would be daft to have the sports direct park, sports direct on our shirts and a cheap kit made by one of his cheap companies?

    Generating money

Gordon Brown? "The only way to get money is to....er...spend it." Well no really, we are in the lower division. Spending money on our first team would go along way to helping the club achieve promotion to the top division. Where, sponsor money is better, TV money is better, crowds would improve and you can charge more on the turnstyle. Simples really. Pork pie doesn't undertsand this concept. He thinks you can keep cutting costs and still either survive a relegation battle or gain promotion with a team of burnt out over the hill professionals.

  20. We do own the stadium. We lease the land off the council. Ah right I see, I thought it was the stadium that they owned. http://www.montrealfilmjournal.com/img/picb/R0000122.jpg "You thought wrong" Campest bad guy ever, "hiya john!" Aint that the guy from weird science and mad max? Mad max aye, not sure about weird science tho.
  21. Like in January when announced his commitment again? Like in May when he heralded Shearer as his only correct decision? The man gets up in the morning and depending what mood he's in makes another crass decision, having any hope or faith in him is absolute lunacy. Yup, that ship sailed along time ago. Its easy to blather on saying he is investing 20 mil into the club but unless I see the first team stregnthend its just hot air and more of the same crap. I still cant understand why Llambias is still their given his repuation with the fans. If he is turning the corner then Llambias should be the first out of the door.
