Quite a few baffling decisions tbh. Starting Elanga and Gordon with Woltemade was never going to work. Elanga and Gordon are woeful at times and totally weren't up for this game. Woltemade just too slow. Tonali wasn't great but swapping a more fiery, passionate player for the gutless Willock was very odd while losing in a derby. They knew they could sit back and we wouldn't break them down. We essentially can't win, or draw, once we concede first. Murphy and Barnes looked at least a little lively and created a few chances, we should've started them and it seemed obvious to most.

Yeah, though I think there was no chance he'd see it, but instinct would suggest just fling it across into the space.

Woltemade just not got the sharpness to quickly shift and get a shot away. Too pondering. Love him but aye hopefully Wissa can supply that instinct.

I'm not sure Woltemade will work with Gordon and Elanga, as not sure where his service will come from. He can hopefully do a lot of releasing though on the counter given his passing. Quite nervous...
