Sky Sports mentioning that some Amensty spokesman has named us as one of the clubs linked with evil regimes and urging the govt to intervene in other clubs as well as Chelsea

. I don't think that's happening like since Saudi Arabia have been approached to ramp up the supply of oil to offset the shortage from Russia.

Full of it on 5live this morning, better get used to it, we'll always be quoted in these sorted of circumstances, every time we get mentioned its basically we're puppets of the saudi state.

  2. Walked out on us prior to an FA Cup match , to go to Everton , Dinnis took over and was given the job properly the following season, then all went pearshaped

Aye, can't fault the role he played in that first goal. However looking at his build and what you expect from him, it's just not there. We weren't looking for someone to break through with pace - it just needed to be held and he should be able to do that.

In all honesty, Joelinton up top would've done a better job in that regard, so long he had Willock and ASM offering support.

Definitely not a Wyn Davies , fantastic header of a ball , used to see him covered in blood and a goal scorer

Yeah I was thinking of a more vertical stand using the same footprint maybe adding a few thousand on the capacity. Surely this could be possible, no?

    Vertigo comes to mind

I have doubts that we could fill 70-80k consistently. I'd prefer an expanded Gallowgate and a redesign of the East stand to bring capacity up to 60-65k I think that is a more realistic capacity to fill week in week out.

Won't be allowed to expand the East Stand or polar side as it was when I was a kid, due to the residential area behind it , as was raised during the last redevelopment of the stadium
