Shelvey hopefully won't be our starter in the middle but neither him or Longstaff 'leave a massive hole' like. Both performed completely fine when needed.

Spurs away immediately springs to mind. Shelvey in particular was so far off the pace, and couldn't get anywhere near Hojbjerg or Betancur, it was upsetting.

  2. really don't get why people are desperate for a striker. we know for a fact our first choice RW options are nowhere near good enough.

however likely it is, we don't know for a fact Wilson will get crocked. if it was a case of one or the other, I'd much rather gamble on Wilson staying fit than on Almiron or Fraser producing enough.

If he was accurate we'd currently have a playing squad including, Rob Holding, Nat Phillips, Romain Perraud, Mohamed Elneny and Eddie Nketiah. He got the Chris Wood scoop and was second to Matt Targett, but his hit rate is piss poor.

and owned by that Mauriss fella.

it's his actual job to get things right  it's not just him like, they're all know-nowts.

    Being linked with Alexander Isak.

Only a YT scouting, but he has a good turn of speed and good footwork for such a tall guy. Yes please.

take it you missed the Euros?

    Nice one.

Imagine the full Gallowgate stood all game? Be fucking immense.

it would be immense, but little to no chance unfortunately. it's not "inclusive". which I think is a bit of a shit reason considering there'd be 3 other stands for people to sit in.

still, exciting times! glad to hear we're actually moving on it as soon as possible.

something may or may not be coming out about it at 9am tomorrow (I genuinely don't know - dont shot the messegna)

Castore has bitten off way more than they can chew with some of the club's they've got in with for me.

it's an easy excuse to make for them though. they've had these issues for years, when the only team they were supplying were Rangers.

fair enough they're a young company, but it's safe to say they aren't learning from their mistakes.

    Jumpers for braincells.

    harsh.

hope he stays fit and does the business, could honestly see him in the England WC squad if he does.

this season should be his last chance though. we need to be ruthless in order to progress. if he gets another significant injury we should 100% be looking to move him on.

I hope there’s something in the Hudson-Odoi talk. I think it would be a brilliant move for him and us.

I really like him, from what I've seen. concerned about his injury problems though.

Honestly, if I’m a player and we have nob heads hanging around the training ground every day I’d be dreading going in every day. Here man giz iz your top man, sign me face man, here give us a wave man, wanna can, go on man, show you’re a proper Geordie legend. Utter weirdos all of them. I can understand bairns waiting for players but grown adults? Sad!

proper miserable as fuck you like  it’s mainly bairns enjoying supporting their team. give me that over Ashley apathy any day of the week.
