Presumably the refereeing in the Champions League is identical to the PL? The refereeing is different on the CL as the majority of refs aren't English. Of course, it could be that Webby has been told to take a strong approach on high feet, but I doubt it. The refs are told beforehand how the rules are to be enforced, what to look out for, etc. If different refs had wildly different styles it'd be a joke.
