Obviously he won't go to prison, but equating it with "name calling" is a bit silly. We've deliberately elevated racism above name calling in ethics and law, because of it's uniquely offensive nature and the effect it has had on people throughout history. It isn't a threat, it isn't physically hurting someone. It is name calling, though in a way worse degree.
