Full credit to the lad tonight like. Went to Hanahana tonight for my daughters birthday and we were on the same table as Carroll, and he couldn’t have been nicer. Sang happy birthday when she got up, had a photo with her and wished her a happy birthday. He was spot on and made her night. Good on him, lovely fella.
Am please to hear that Hanahana is still open - I used to go there a lot. Has always been popular with Newcastle players ha

Please just let this happen - I just want to enjoy going to the match.

I am going to say Joe Willock - as his goal kept us up last season.

Tim Krul must be in with a shout. Virtually cost nothing. Yohan Cabaye deserves a mention given how key he was for us. Four million was a steal. Ben Arfa was only 5 million, too.
Even Saint Maximin could be considered. Under today’s standard, he’s a steal.
I am going to go with Ben Arfa out of bias personal memories of loving him playing for us.
Cabaye definitely ...demba ba was a decent buy as well

I mean FFS, how is she saying that if she doesn't know for sure it's happening?
Looks like a case of just going through the formalities.
Has to be.
I think it's more in hope.

Still gutting to see him at another Premier League club. C

Come let this buyout go through so we can pick up the tab for Messi. Poor Barca are broke - imagine Messi at the Toon. You can dream right? ha

Definitely feels a missed opportunity this for England with the home games etc.
100% - I think that is what hurts the most.

Don't understand why the more experienced players didn't take one - Henderson, Sterling - it was too much pressure on young shoulders.

I agree with that, but BBC coverage has been poor in regards to pundits.
I agree - so watch build up on ITV then switch to BBC for the Match

Actually think pundit wise, ITV's better.
It's the commentary I don't like on ITV.

Have the Government got involved yet? If this takeover fails - the region will have lost potentially hundreds of millions in investment. They need to give the PL a kicking - this is just ridiculous it's even being discussed.
-
Has he been offered a new contract?

I fancy England to win this now - Just feels it's meant to be.

Foden and Sancho on - lets go for it. Don't want to rely on pens

Dat ball from Kane - pass of the tournament

Maybe Masters is finally feeling his back against the wall and its just a matter of discreetly pushing it through.
He'll not budge unless he's forced to by Government intervention. Hence Amanda doing the press rounds to put pressure on the Government to get involved.

Government need to get involved now - this is ridiculous. They are looking to invest potentially Billions in the Newcastle area, which would create jobs and the PL shouldn't be allowed to decline the region of that investment. This is bigger than football.

Viana is definitely up there - he also has to be the biggest disappointment as he came with a decent reputation.
