I think I'm being kind bolding Bannan and Charlie (although he always scares me when playing against us). No excuses tonight.
N’Zogbia; Benteke, Bent. vs Taylor.....
Villa have a lot of pace in their front line.

At least everyone's worst nightmare didn't come true, Shola didn't start.
My work nightmare was that Williamson would start.
-
Completely understandable and good line up tbh, apart from arguably Perch / Anita. Can definitely understand Taylor starting.
Can you? He's not played all season. Yes MYM is new to the league but at least he's had game time. Plus he's a class act.
-
Went for Perch's solidity rather than Anita's passing abillity will be Pardews downfall tonight. Blokes a tit.
It's a -ve move. Did the same at Reading and it came back to bite us.
-
Anita should be playing. He'd do a much better job than Jonas in any position on the pitch with his hands tied behind his back.
Agreed.
Don't get Perch starting either? It's a must win game just attack !!

Gonna miss this guy's antics in England. Setting off fireworks, backing-up bullied kids, driving 200mph.
Me too. Think he'll do well in Milan.
-
Never been so excited for a match!
Shame its not on sky

Looks like Remy might live to regret this move.
It's win win for him regardless of whether they stay up or go down. If his goals keep them up I am sure a move to a bigger club will be on offer. If they don't he can walk after earning a nice salary for six months.
-
Oh colo, i can't stay mad at you
You can feel the lift it's given the club. Watch us now go on an unbeaten run of 15 games....bring it on !!!
-
In two minds about him keeping the captaincy. Reading that letter it doesn't sound like he's up for any sort of fight to keep us up. Sounds like he's here cause the club wouldn't let him walk. Nothing makes me think he's up for the cause. We need someone whose heart is in it and someone who is going to lead by example i.e. Cabaye. As fans we are just so in the dark by it all.
It's just all so dissapointing.

Can't win games without goals so defo need another striker. Going to be an interesting four days.

Surprised he's getting so much grief after an away draw in such tricky circumstances.
Next week is huge mind.
The football is dire mate, absolutely rotten. Last season we could say 'yeah but it's getting results, he's making us hard to beat and we'll push on from there'. The way we started this season was enough to tell me that there was never the intention to move on from there, he only knows keep it tight and nick one football.
He's getting stick because of the football, when you consider the talent we've got in some areas, we're an absolutely awful team.
Bang on.
Got to agree also.
The football wasn't great for much of last season but it was masked by good results. imo he's yet to utilise the talents of Cabaye and especially Ben Arfa.

Have you seen his profile?Alfie Briggs @skysports_alfie
Andre Villas-Boas has sent out a few of his staff to talk to Loic Remy and persuade him to choose Spurs over Newcastle. #thfc
He admits to not having anything to do with SSN, but claims to have inside sources yet all his tweets are re-hashed rumours and he appears to be a Spurs fan.
Nah never checked. So that's good to know.

I thought he did well and did nothing wrong, he'll offer more going forward as he settles in.
ditto
-
Looked better with him on (obv). Good to have him back.
He made a difference straight away.
-
I recon if he's off he'll want to play at St James one more time.
-
was excellent today.
-
Going to be sorely missed. Was immense today.
-
A point is a point away from home.
The way we have been playing away from home recently, I'll take it.
Definitely. Stops the rot.
