Its not OUR job to KNOW as fans who is good enough out there to replace Pardew but there IS better and we as a team DESERVE better. He needs to go and theres 100's of managers who will want the job, its up to us at board level, if they actually care about the club progressing to find him.

 

Fans expectations have been lowered by the board so substantially that we should be happy with medicore managers and performances, citing the reason that we were in the championship a few seasons ago, who gives a f***, we have a great team on paper and we need a good manager who can bring good performances to take us forward.

We have no wingers - so were are not playing people to their strengths when we stick them out wide.  Debuchy and Haidara are able to provide the width.  The players are technically gifted with the ball to the feet so play to their strengths and play through the middle.  Get Tiote to play it simple and just protect the back four and have Cabaye and HBA running the show in the middle of the park.

The players emphatically gave up on him today and Llambias now knows that. We all do. The anti-Pardew minority has now become the overwhelming majority but I fear that 3 games left is too late.

I recon one win will save us and the impetus of a quality manager is enough to get that win.

I refuse to blame the players.  Playing Perch in Midfield is unforgivable when you've someone like Ben Arfa sitting on the bench who as they said is 100% fit.

It was pure frustration - daft but I'll forgive him for that one.

Like the rest of the team he's not a clue what the tactics are.

You could see he got the tactics wrong after the first 3 mins yet it took him 45 mins to change it.  Arrogant beyond belief. 

Get him sacked - what we got to loose?  With him in charge we don't stand a chance.

There's no decline IMO. Get a manager in who can encourage some movement into the side and you'll see him and all the rest suddenly look 100% better.

Concur.  Pardew seems obsessed with trying to put square pegs in round holes.  Doesn't seem to believe in playing players in their preferred positions.  Sissoko is not a number 10.
