Pardew has got this horribly wrong. Shola is beyond fucking dreadful, worse than I could ever imagine. Put HBA on the right, Sissoko in the middle, LDJ on for Shola and Haidara on for Santon as he has been awful as well.

To me it looks as if they have just titled it wrong. It only says a "substantial bid" was placed but it does say that we received £20m for Cabaye. Don't think this is anything new.

Are they quoting €8m for De Jong in the summer? Thought it was £8m?

What if we sold Cabaye for 25 mill, then brought in Cabella, and De Jong? How would people feel?

It genuinely won't ever happen. But it would take the edge off of losing Cabaye. I presume he wants to go and you can't blame him. He gets to play in the CL with some of the best players in the world in his home country. Signing a replacement and also a player to add to the squad is just too logical for MA though.
