Backups to Gouffran and Atsu isn't quite the same in the Premier League considering them 2 aren't good enough to start in it already. Who said Gouffran and Atsu are going to start? Maybe they, like Ojo, are going to be backup options to Ritchie and one other new signing. Or, maybe Ojo is being signed because Gouffran isn't going to sign a new deal. Who knows?
