Confidence & mentality are a huge part of football, we just need a bit of luck to go our way and players will begin to step up and put in the types of performances we witnessed last season. Perez, Shelvey, Kenedy & the likes were excellent for us and I will remain optimistic that they can be important for our survival this season. I look at our magnificent history and think back to the KK era or Sir Bobby days and think about some of the players who have along with those two and countless others helped create that great history, and I fucking want to cry. That’s the Newcastle United I love and will help fight for by supporting anyone who fights or challenges the Ashley regime be it individuals or groups like The Magpie Group or AshleyOut so that club can return, if not for me, for those that deserve better. The vast majority at SJP deserve Mike Ashley and what’s happening and will keep happening while he’s the owner, somlong as they stand by and do fuck all about it and actually help fund it. True. I do as well, as we can do without our reputation taking even more of a battering thanks to Ashley and becoming a laughing stock again. However, the upturn in form that will keep us up means we can forget about protests/ boycotts getting to the level they would need to be. The only thing that would even cause it to possibly get anywhere near that would be a few more losses and for us to be cut adrift by December, so we are in a bit of a lose lose scenario it feels like. Unless we just become what the mackems were, fighting for our lives all season and celebrating 17th each May to stay in the PL in the hope the cunt might sell in 5-10 years.

What would we prefer? Win a few, protests die down, we finish 15th and are in the exact same situation next year Or lose a few more, go down and stay down but all out hell towards Ashley which has him genuinely trying to sell That's where we are at and neither is a good ending
