Again, for what though? There is no chance of progress or hope. We all agree on that. The only thing is getting Ashley out. Only point is to remain in the pl on the tiny tiny chance we get a takeover

If they have signed that then they are no better than the cunts at the top in my eyes. God what has this club become. Also now matchgoers between 16- 24 will only really know going to the match under Ashley They will have signed it to keep face, let's not forget that in Rafa's case he's there for another year, and Lascelles is still a player. If they or any other take much more action against Ashley then they will be easily be done by misconduct. in Rafa's case it would be a way of getting rid of him without having to pay him off. In Lascelles case it will be stopping his wages, same with other players. Those two, as well as other senior players at the club, know the scenario, they are keeping their backs covered and letting the fans do the work. It's up to us fans to get at Ashley, and they will e counting on that. At the end of the day, they will have to concentrate on the footballing side of things from now on to give us as much of a chance of staying up as possible. I thought Rafa was going to war though? Not rolling over for Ashley to tickle his tummy. Th fans won't do there part though that's already been proven. As I said staying up or going down who cares we just need him out

The vitriol that’s rightly aimed towards Ashley and getting behind the team can remain mutually exclusive. If there’s no heart for the team even in times of trouble then you are heartless All this get behind the team etc. For what? To come 17th and keep Ashley on the gravy train and continue just existing to finish 17th or above? 10th or 17th this season makes no difference The only thing that does and to get the club back is Ashley out
-
People won't have it but the best thing for us is Rafa to walk now. Nobody is bigger than the club and he is going anyway next year. That's the only thing that could turn the other 60% of our fans on to the right side to cause enough pressure on the cunts in charge. Rafa stays till may then slinks off there will be a few murmurs and that's it. If somebody had said when he came he would be royally shafted like this and accept it I would never have believed it

Agreed that statement has totally fucked me off. Don’t go on and keep saying you’re not happy with the way transfers are done whilst knowing that this would leave unrest in the support and resulted in getting the fans to actually try and take some action to force the issue, then 24 hours come out with a joint statement - what a total crock of shit. Exactly

Email Niall and/or Biffa. I did in the week and heard nowt back They don't care man they are content with this zombie club

think back to the scenes vs. spurs when we were relegated, if they've not convinced/conned him into signing an extension by the end of the season it'll be fucking bedlam It won't be bedlam at all. If Rafa did get "conned" into signing a new deal then he now knows exactly he is signing up for more of. If he did then he is not much better than them. All that matters is getting Ashley out. Nothing else. Rafa been here strengthens Ashley's position. Whaaat? Rafa has the equivalent of a Royal Flush in his hands right now. He signed up to that statement as he knows there will be hell on end of this season. Those who go to the match have let everyone at the club know that Rafa must stay. Mike has the worst hand right now. just ignore this character, relentless I'm boiling that's why and can't believe people would support Rafa putting his name to that utter bollocks
-
There really won't be though and no point waiting a year there should be now. Look what West Ham fans did and they haven't had 10% of the shit we have gone through under Ashley

They have always been wet lettuces about it

He is but he is supposed to be top notch and isn't there bonuses for passing. Can see him getting a fair few assists too and only 5m. I've been trying to tie up loose ends before the deadline Only Lukaku I'm taking a risk on the rest should all play. Lukaku will be back next weekend at the latest I imagine. I've gone with no Salah too! Some bottle!
-
Currently at Begovic Coleman Otamendi Luiz Robertson Mane Jorginho Eriksen Mitrovic Aguero Aubamayeng Ederson wan-bissaka neves cairney So hard to know who will even play. Pick for the first few weeks and leave out the World Cup players but then be in a mess later trying to fit them back in Or put them in now and maybe have 6/7 men the first 2 weeks. I will join the league too what's the pin? Wonder if lukaku is playing tonight?

Championship left back at best and indicative of how far standards have fallen when people are happy with him as the main lb

Fair enough. Basically it's hope the 1% chance of a takeover happens otherwise it's another year of Ashley but plus moyes allardyce etc. I just don't see any reason why I should even feel anything and enjoy any wins knowing there is absolutely no hope or anything good at the end
-
Yes. Although I don't want to be turning out for a Saturday with my mate and his dad angry and pissed off which is how I will be. Not fair on anybody. The usual routine is a can on the train up talking about the match and team etc. As it stands I can't even be bothered to even listen to anything to do with the football side of it
-
I get that. What is there to lose though? I'm at the point staying up means Ashley wins and going down might help me the start of getting rid of him
-
Yeah let's all just get on with getting 17th and guess who wins again. Tear it all down and a relegation might help get rid of Ashley
-
No that just represents most our fanbase

That's what concerns me though. After what's happened he shouldn't have any ideas of signing a new contract otherwise it's another 3 years of this.
