  1. Does the resale open at a specific time or is just something to keep checking every now and then?
  2. Club have resumed my mates membership for the season. No sign of refund on the lost tickets but we've had some form of backtrack and recognition the punishment was top heavy. So, West Ham, Brentford and Liverpool tickets cancelled no refund. But membership still valid now for the rest of the season. Not sure where he would stand on Carabao cup history should we make the final, dare say he wouldn't fall under the 100% purchase criteria.
  3. My mates ticket got resold as expected (more touting than we're guilty of imo ) Also lovely to see several Liverpool fans in Gallowgate block V - I'm sure they all attended using the correctly named ticket
  4. Since had a response from NUFC Trust who are in firm agreement with the stance taken by the club being too firm. Formal complaint lodged via email and stage 2 of their complaints procedure, with board members at the trust cc'd in and giving their backing to us. Let's hope it gets a resolution.
  5. Yes, but wasn't sure who to @ to get the wheels going?
  6. Supporter services and Matt Willis cc'd into the email. With a supporter services admin only replying to us and speaking to the member of staff on the day about it (yes, her.) Going to ask to speak to someone with further authority. Shocked by the treatment to be honest
  7. Flat out refusal to change stance now. Membership banned until next season. £117 lost including the West Ham game.
  8. Update, Couple of back and forth emails with supporter services to which no movement on their stance and they've asked the member of staff what happened on the day - of course this didn't help at all. They are however saying they'll look into it further so it's not fully dismissed as of yet. My mate will miss out on Liverpool and possibly Brentford as a result of this - with no refund on tickets (£70) and no notification this was going to be the punishment for the scenario it still feels very heavy.
  9. Cheers, sent an email off to Matt Willis and the supporters services so will see what we get back.
  10. Cheers appreciate this. Hindsight wonderful thing and would've been the easy thing to do then but it was a bit rushed as we wanted to get in early to watch the easy win against the hammers
  11. Was 4 together but the lad who couldn't make it had already downloaded to apple wallet. So forwarding email wouldn't have let the other fan download the ticket again. Was a bit of a scramble at 7pm at the ground too so we had no signal to arrange it all in that way. Genuine mistake and by technicality they could refuse doing anything but it would be fairly upsetting as life time match-going fans to be treated this way.
  12. Wormy, Stev, Agree with you both, i've read their terms and conditions and strictly speaking the ticket cannot be transferred at all. Given the circumstances and loyalty involved i'd expect a ticking off and 'reminded' of the terms and conditions. We also weren't made aware of the actions which have followed. We have only found out due to my mate laid up at home checking his tickets for Liverpool and Brentford to find they've disappeared. Hindsight a wonderful thing but yes, we weren't aware it could be removed from apple wallet and re-downloaded. Also had no/limited signal around the ground at 7.10pm on Monday to arrange this.
