I find it strange that all the noise about Ekitike being a special kid, and all there is its us and some whisper from PSG and Dortmund. I am not sold on him at all. All the clips reminds me of the Joelinton clips. Why are we always after big strikers with not enough pace. Why not the David type of striker? Same goes for Botman. Its us and Milan. The Milan link is strong so he cant be a bad player. But as Shearergol says we are not nailed on top 10 with these signings.

Yeah i hear from Amnesty etc that sport washing exist, but i cant see how it works. Every time somebody see a nufc shirt now, everybody (except our fanbase) will relate that shirt to bad owners, dictators, oil, state owned etc. If we should reach a CL finale then billions of people will get the truth about our owners. Billions will see the finale and out of the TV there will come tons of negative things about the ownership. What will this benefit for sports washing. As I said you will get the fanbase "defend" it, but the rest of the world will shoot at you. Isnt it better to live your dictatorship in silence?

i dont know much about the sport washing thing, but what do they earn on this? The Qatar WC has been a car crash on every level. And when they buy a club what do they achieve? They will have a fanbase who "defends" them. Some millions worldwide? Then you have the rest of the millions/billions hating everything they do. For all the talk of Bundes being rubbish. Two of the best players in their position was bought in from the Bundes. And now one of the top 3 strikers in the world came from the Bundes. If Nkunku and Diaby are overrated then Maximin is trash. They are in the national team. Maximin is not even close to make up the numbers.
