  1. Well he had a good go at it with his team selection tbf
  2. No they never man! You could tell when he was interviewed about the game beforehand he wasn't bothered at all. He wanted out that competition it's clear to see. It's totally wrong! We have got in this daft era where players apparently need wrapped in cotton wool. I remember Shearer used to play against all sorts of s**** in cups, Stevenage, Grimsby etc and we took the cups seriously. No coincidence playing likes of Shearer in the early rounds got us to a couple of finals. Right geniune question cards on the table time. Let's get some serious answers to this: If Rafa Benitez signs a new deal under this regime and there is no spending still and more early cup exits will he be complicit and what sort of regard would he be held in then?
  3. Aye that's what happened. Wasn't funny like . I think when even conservative media sites like .com and the chronicle suggest that as well there is some truth in it
  4. Because he picked a s*** team and going off the apparent lack of interest it wouldn't surprise me if he said to them just take it easy etc If it was just once or twice I might agree with you. But it's 11 years of cup exits to all sorts of poor teams. It's more than just a coincidence at this point like. Add in the statement around 2013 about not been bothered about cups and it all makes sense.
  5. Well if you think losing an fa cup game on purpose is ok then your a different breed of supporter than I knew at Newcastle.
  6. No. Not at all that's not what I said. But if he stays he would be.
  7. He hasn't said he is is leaving. So if he signed on again for more of the same next season he wouldn't be complicit in this? Actively losing a FA cup game isn't sickening? So yesterday wasn't just meekly accepted was it not? I'd like to know what part of my statement you deemed ridiculous as it's bang on the money. Your probably one of the modern soft fans they have brainwashed
  8. Definitely. Ashley's nufc and Rafa would snap there hands off For f*** sake. What? They would Ashley yes, Benitez no. Benitez yes. As proven yesterday and numerous times. That's not an assumption when the evidence backs it up. Yesterday was a big f you to the supporters who turned up but it's just quietly accepted we don't do cups now. Imagine this joke of a setup going on in the 90s man. Wouldn't have happened Benitez would love to win the FA Cup with Newcastle, but he's going to do what he feels is right and focus on staying in the league. A big f*** you to supporters. Actively losing an FA cup game that 35,000 paying supporters sorry sheep turned up to and many thousands more were hoping for a cup run and a tiny shred of light following this shit club is a big f you. Yes
  9. It's by far the worst it's been in my 22 years of going. It's way past hard times, it's not like the club is trying the best it can but we are having a tough time. I would go home and away in the conference if the club was giving 100%. This shit and yesterday is just actively trying not to compete. It doesn't help all this is Rafa going or staying bollocks. He needs to just come out and say. Cunts got bigger than the club. I can't ever recall a fucked up club and situation like this. Only at Newcastl United (the soft post 2008 version)
  10. Wouldn't have happened Liverpool, Arsenal, Everton, Leicester, West Ham all out. But we had no chance of winning 2 more ties and getting to Wembley
  11. no chance man. He's probably not even leaving he will sign up for another 6m and another couple of early cup exits next season. If/when he signs he's just as complicit in this bollocks as the rest of them. Yesterday was fucking disgrace. A club actively wanting to lose a 4th round FA cup game is sickening no matter how people want to dress it up. Ashley has ground people down so much now though that it just gets meekly accepted which is the worst part about it!
  12. Definitely. Ashley's nufc and Rafa would snap there hands off For f*** sake. What? They would
  13. I didn't boo them but understand why many did as they were bizarre. Hayden and Kenedy were lifting yet he took off Ritchie. We're chasing the game with not long to go and Rondon has been warming up and he sends on Schar instead and it didn't look like it was because Fernandez was injured, iy looked tactical as Schar went into midfield. The lack of creativity, lack of confidence in front of goal (Murphy 1st half went wide and won a corner when he had the chance to head for goal), lack of a single shot on target and general apathy from both crowd and players was both alarming and frustrating. f*** the league, this was a real chance to progress in the cup with other PL teams out and lower league teams playing each other. He explained why. He needed to "protect" Ritchie for our assault on 17th place. And what on earth were you and 33,000 others doing at a game we had no intention of winning? Blind Faith, Addiction/Compulsion. Ritchie didn't need protecting. How do you have access to Rafa's player statistics and risk database? I don't. It's a direct quote from Rafa. Obviously I know he dosent need protecting man Rafa said he needs protecting (as in from injury) - that will be evidence based on statistic and medical data but you seem to think you're a better judge than Paco and Rafa. I just wanted us to win the game and have a decent cup run. Ritchie was one of the better performers and looked fit and well. There were plenty others who should have came off before him and Rafa stated in his post match interview that the only doubt after this game was Joselu due to the bad tackle on him. Football has evolved - doesn't really work like that anymore at the top level. With Rafa saying Ritchie needed to be protected coming off after just over 70 minutes will likely have been based on his injury risk factor based on his statistics and medical readings in the run up to the game. That load of bollocks makes me ill

  17. I think it's a double edged sword for Ashley, while he hates Rafa causing him problems, at the same time he must know that when he reverts to the yes man hiring policy, it will probably end up costing him a lot more money with poor signings and relegation. He'll be worried about relegation next year, but at the same time probably glad to see the back of Rafa and his pesky ambition. It’s not just Rafa’s ambition that Ashley hates. Fatboy can’t stand anyone who is loved by the fans and makes sure they all leave at some point. Keegan, Shearer, Hughton, Carroll, Nolan etc etc. He must cry himself to sleep that our fans sing Rafa’s name and fly flags with his name on while the only mention he gets is when we tell him to f*** off and call him fat. Definitely. He'd probably prefer to risk relegation than continue to be the villain while Rafa is seen as a hero. He really is a thin skinned c*** in reality. Aye he’s pathetic. What problems is he causing him? He's keeping him on the gravy train and the stadium full. And what ambition? Ambition in losing fa cup games on purpose? which is exactly what happened today!
  18. Morons. It's obvious there was no intent to progress so why go!?
  19. Nothing he could do about that goal tbf. I just like laughing at him He's only got little arms man bless him. We can't laugh at anyone or anything in football tbf we are the biggest laughing stock in it
  20. Fa king Maggin yoo orf! Cam on millwall
  21. "But in this game you cannot say we were much worse than them. We just have to realise that we cannot go through with this team, it means we have to now concentrate on the league. We have 15 games now to play and we have to be sure everyone is focused and no distractions. " Aye he had no interest in going through like. Joke
  22. He's the best manager we could get no doubt. Just unfortunately all your questions are irrelavant under Ashley. It's not even worth discussing what fans of normal clubs do whilst Ashley is here
  23. He dosent call him out! He just says he won't talk about it and has the odd small dig. Hardly like he goes to war with him is it Don't get me wrong I love the man but him been here is doing nobody and good other than Ashley
  24. 3 years of it hasn't bothered him enough to leave. What's another 3 years? A new 6 million pound a year contract, still in the premier league, stay in football and close to his family, I reckon he would put up with another few years of it Where else is he going to go in England? I can't see him not working. Plus he could just sit tight keep us up and hope for a takeover in the next few years. Imagine he signs on and keeps the sheep content and we have another 3 years of this man Hope he quits next week and it all burns down
