Well, look what I wake up to...
Even if this thing won't bring takeover any close for NUFC. I hope this thing bring PL and the so called "big 6" down.

In my opinion people need to let it go and realize this takeover is another fakeover. Ashley is here forever. It's better for everyone mental health. Accept it and keep supporting the team not the regime. Keep supporting by renewing your season ticket, buy the merch, and fill up St. James Park very match day. People need to forget and reject about any fakeover story, especially from a despotic regime like the Arabs. NUFC don't need that kind of money, NUFC have Mike Ashley as its benefactor.

Pity it’s only bullshit/lying types giving updates

The only way PIF allowed to buy NUFC (if they still have interest in NUFC) is when NUFC are in the Championship (not champions league).
That way the PL will not have any say in the takeover. So, if you want the club to be sold to the Arabs pray for NUFC to be relegated

I like you Sir

This is true, however Ashley has spent pound notes to clear a path for another attempt and this is a bloke that doesn't buy his own clothes.
If they can, they will.
PIF will buy Manchester United, and NUFC will apoint Joe Kinnear as manager.

I don't think the takeover will go ahead if we go down
The take over won't go ahead even if NUFC stays up. Because there is no takeover. PIF said it months ago.

Keith Patterson indicated in the NUFC Matters linked a few pages back that it hasn't started yet.
Who this Keith Patterson guy is, do you really believe in him. Maybe he just lying to get people attention?

Usually an arbitration take 45 days to settle, it has been 2 months now, do the math

We have actual evidence arbitration is going ahead I believe (Ashley's high court challenge, the NDM appointment, etc). That part seems pretty set in stone like.
Yeah, but for what? For the takeover, nah. PIF have said that they pulled out from the deal. The deal is dead. There is an arbitration, but not for the takeover. Maybe Ashley wants compensation from FA for the rejected deal? Maybe, who knows. But definitely not for the takeover.
-
Let me join the party...
There are no arbitration for the takeover. Ever heard about "Waiting Godot"? You are like that, waiting for something that you know deeply in the heart is non existent. You just wasting your time. Let it go, and accept the fact that Mike Ashley will be Newcastle owner for ever. And Steve Bruce is NUFC manager for the foreseeable future.

People have more trust in Burnley to beat Fulham, but believe that Fulham will gain points against Man Red in old trafford.

Our protest would be a mess.
You would have people protesting against Ashley which is pointless and he already knows.
You would have others protesting for our takeover to be approved, which is just going to make us look like idiots and look like we are encouraging a submissive regime to takeover our club for the riches (in the eyes of everyone else).
You would have a few people on the protesting against the ESL, which again would be pointless because it’s not happening.
You would have fewer still protesting for better fan representation/ownership. That is worthy of protesting for, but it will be overshadowed by all of the above.
On top of this the police will be waiting for any opportunity to take in protestors and to turn it violent.
I’m not against the protest for the right reasons, but NUFC’s opportunity and position to protest has passed.
Exactly this. There's no point for NUFC fans to protest.
Even if the 50+1 ownership scheme sound good on paper, it will never happen on PL because most of the clubs already owned by foreign investor who will never sell their share easily and cheaply. Pointless.

For me, it's more that it seems to be jumping on the protest bandwagon for the sake of it. What exactly is the aim of a protest right now? The club are already aware they we don't like the owner and want them out and we're currently waiting on an arbitration to complete before anything else happens. There's not much else anyone can do, the club's not going to be sold any quicker and the current owner isn't going to spend anything improving things while things are in the works (not that he would anyway). So all in all, a protest at our ground serves no purpose, other than perhaps reinforcing the so called top six's belief that they're move important than the rest of us.

Fulham have done absolutely fuck all recently. They are suddenly going to pick up 10-12 points from 4 games AND we don't pick up a result against Sheff United.
They wont pick up points against Manchester red IN old traford. That left them with only 9 points.
