Very good signing, excellent start to our spending spree.

People are saying Southgate must be good because of how far we got in the last two tournaments.

In both we had favourable fixtures, in the world cup we got easily beaten twice by Belgium, barely scrapped past Colombia and lost to an inferior Croatian team. Most of our goals came from set pieces and the football wasn't very good.

In the Euros, the Germany game aside which was very impressive, we had favourable fixtures again and couldn't beat a weak Italy side in the final.

I think I remember Bruce having a good cup run one year but we had the easiest draws ever and then once we came up against a good team, lost immediately. Does that make him a good manager then?

Southgate seems like a great guy but I don't rate him as a manager at all.

England missed out not getting Howe in instead of Southgate. Their loss is definitely our gain.

Southgate's benefited from favourable fixtures in the last few tournaments and we play rubbish football.

The defending in the Bundesliga does seem comically bad from the little I've seen.

We should bring in some good scouts to help Ashworth.

Don't see the point in keeping him if he blatantly isn't good enough. Would rather give a kid a chance as third choice striker or stick Joelinton up front.

Hopefully we will sign a winger who can cover up front too.

Jack should be quiet considering he's by been one of the biggest flops of the season.

Miggy needs to move on though, likeable guy but has no end product. 

Don't even want him as fourth choice. Hopefully we will cut our losses and recoup some money for him.

I couldn't care less about the Benitez thing or about Frank tbh. I just really dislike Pickford, Gordon and Richarlison.
