There are levels of intelligence. He's obviously extremely bright in certain ways. He comes across very well, with good media training. He knows how to be humble and has belief in himself. But deep down, he's not very introspective or cerebral. He's like a modern establishment politician, a lot of confidence in his way of doing things, but no genuinely complex vision of the future.
