Yep - maaasive next three games for us, get West Ham out the way then away to Brentford then away to villa. I feel like this could be one of the last big hurdles left and we’ve picked up form at the right time.

Howe was always a class act and underrated manager in my opinion, at Bournemouth he took over when they were on -17 points and he still kept them up. He then essentially matched them through the leagues into the premiership. When we got took over I said to my dad that I want poch or Howe and glad it turned out like it did.

I hammered them yesterday being honest but then was thinking today about the grafting they do and the fact longstaff and willock keep trying and trying again with their shooting. If they ever turn the corner on their finishing we will be some force.

He’s 31 - agreed maybe one more season but if we want top ambitions then giving contracts beyond 33 surely shouldn’t be a thing

Great to see real options with ASM putting in great performances, isak being amazing, Gordon doing better every performance then Murphy also playing his best as well.

Should be staying ahead of Murphy in my opinion, thought he was really good and that ball across the box was asking to be finished.

I mean recently - he’s looked finished recently, he’s 31 ffs - If he gets his form back from here on then great otherwise I’ve been saying for ages get Toney back.

I’m not getting carried away - delighted for him and he needed it but some of the statements “fantastic option off the bench” and “a great option in Europe next season” is a bit crazy. It’s only one goal after missing A LOT of sitters recently, let’s see how it goes next few appearances.
