We’ve also only mustered two shots in target in the last two games, two teams that are both sitting in the bottom six. You’re right - if that penalty had gone in then things would be different but I don’t think the season as a whole could be classed as unlucky as a few of us were saying “I’ll take those three points after that performance” at times. I’d say we’ve rode our luck quite a few times to be honest.

You’ve explained scenarios where fans will always find a way to have a pop at Howe and that’s fair enough but it seems on the other side of the fence there’s the people like this post where people will always find a way to not blame him. In all jobs - if you can’t recognise when things aren’t working then there will never be improvement.

He seems to do that with other players though - some can play shite week in week out and never get dropped whilst we have players like Tonali on the bench.

I didn’t watch Chelsea to know but I work with two Chelsea fans (kind of - I work in a hot desk environment and they also use it) and they loved him, told me he was a great signing when we got him.

But why didn’t we sell miggy and why did we buy a £10m striker we seem to have no interest in playing? Not saying deciding the keep miggy and possibly others is on Howe but something isn’t working in the club - he should have gone, end of, we need to get better in selling

Last season I think we had one of the hardest starts going, playing the whole top 6 I believe - this season we’ve had one of the easiest. Draw this up again when we’ve played Liverpool, Man City etc
