No I don't have a ticket for the Cambridge match and I have no invested interested in him playing in it other than I want us to kick on. I think KT is just the start. The new owners know what they are doing - we wont get relegated. But I totally get what you are saying....... it's just that this isn't Ashley anymore..... get used to it my friend....it is really happening!

It's a guessing game at the minute but this is the new positive NUFC and the new owners will want to make a statement - I even think we will try in the cup!! A few decent signings will stave off relegation and a good cup run with 52k each game there would be a good season. ...and then a platform to build on for next season.

I can see I stand alone on this lol....we will have to wait and see but my gut feeling is he will feature. Having him run up and down the line and then not putting him on would be worse and disappoint the fans. He will either be in the squad and feature or be left out altogether.

I disagree chaps - he may not play the full game but he will feature. It will be an early chance to train with the team and also they've sold out on the back of this (not that I think that will influence Eddies thinking).

I doubt being Irainian matters. In fact it probably helps PIF promote their approach to inclusion. Only know about him what I've read online but considering the transfer fee he sounds like a great squad addition to cover for injuries, play cup games etc. We need a lot of new players and they cant all be multi million pound signings if we want to stay in FFP rules.
