Only logical reason could be he's asked for it, due to personal issues. I cant see it happening personally, he's an integral part of the club.

Hopefully in future we just stay quiet about financial fair play, being so public seems to have created open season on our squad in the media eyes. Just about everyone of our saleable players has been linked with someone. Hopefully this story turns out to be rubbish.

I fully expect tripper to remain involved with the club once he retires from playing in some sort of coaching capacity. He's already expressed a desire to go into coaching. I'd shocked if he was sold, he was the catalyst that started everything.

At this stage do any clubs think financial fair play is a good thing. So many teams can't spend due to FFP, in the end it may end up doing more damage than the free spending that came before it.

If we do end up following the uefa financial fair play model going forward I take it this is better for us?

It would surely do us a favour if city get a massive penalty, at that point they would have to challenge the whole financial fair play situation in court for being anti competitive, which it is.

Women's game seems to have quite a high bar for a yellow card, some cynical and unnecessary fouls from man u going unpunished.

I wouldn't imagine she will be first choice next season. Far more positives from this game than negatives, we have a number of players who wouldn't look out of place in the man u team going of today's performance.
