Doesn’t really matter. For the purposes of planning, petitions count as one response and it’s not a vote anyway. Any genuine material consideration raised by one person or half a million is either a valid reason for mitigation or refusal in the planning balance or it isn’t. For such a high profile site, there is nothing the public are going to be able to raise that the club, its planning consultants, its experts or the council don’t already know about and will have discussed through the pre-app and dozens of high level meetings long before the application is submitted. The nature of the application means it won’t be a delegated officer decision and will go to planning committee with a recommendation by the officers to approve or refuse. Members of planning committee will have to declare any conflict of interest, (ignoring most will be nufc fans I suppose) which would mean anyone who is a friend of leazes or anyone who’s active in an opposition group won’t be allowed to vote. if members of planning committee were swayed by public opinion or mass objection/petitions, may be swayed to vote to refuse. But if the officers recommend to approve and there is no obvious material reason to refuse, the council will just be taken to appeal by the club. The council would advise members not to do that as an independent inspector would make the decision and would be unlikely to refuse against the officer recommendation and with no material reasons. In that scenario the club would be awarded costs against the council that could run into mega costs. Potentially millions. The application will either be acceptable for obvious reasons or it won’t. Whatever any member of the public thinks is pretty irrelevant.

Oh no, I feel bad for reporting my DHgate seller to bbc watchdog now. I will have to tell Anne Robinson to stand down, the glue is meant to do that and DHGate are ok after all.
-
Is this DHgate or the real thing? only thing I’ve bought from DHgate are the England shirts. The sleeve badges did the same as that after one wash. I assumed the real ones used better glue, but maybe not if that’s legit.

In the branch I was in, the media department or whatever it was called was viewed as the best bit to work in. Lowly summer staff were not allowed in that bit! the Woolworths hierarchy was media cd/dvd department with its own til, followed by the sweets and crisps department and the rest the newbies had to work in.

I think they are all at it, but sports direct and the sofa ones take the piss a bit more than everyone else. back in the olden days I had a summer job in Woolworths. They had a couple of shelves at the back of the shop with all sorts of stuff on. I was told it was back there as no one would pay that price for the stuff. But there was some law they had to sell something for a certain number of weeks before they could then say it was the RRP and have it with a sales price on. Every Woolworths had these out the way shelves with different stuff on, so in however many weeks time they could roll out that stock at the fake sales price. the worst ones now seem to be online places that have the countdown to end of sale. then another starts the second it finishes. All the protein shake companies seem to work like that.

Because in normal everyday life that’s how a lot of businesses and recruitment works. for senior high paid jobs like that, it’s common to have a number of people interviewing or on a panel and inputting. its fairly common for all sorts of level of job and really not unusual for people in an organisation or key people to be asked if they know a candidate or have an opinion.

Come on it’s very simple. Based on something footy headlines wrote once, we know with clarity and certainty we are adidas elite, lite, upper tier (Europe only). Which sets the criteria for all adidas kit releases and availability.

That’s like watching Alan partridge and Owen jones love child off his tits on cocaine and redbull.

If you’re having a period you don’t want white shorts just in case. Womens teams tend to avoid white even if the men’s short are historically white.

You should buy one and have it tailored into one. That will confuse the fuck out of people.

😂 I’m not sure I’m comfortable being a spokesperson for the colourblind! I think it’s a bit unreasonable for a tiny amount of people impacted by that potential scenario to require Liverpool to change the colour of their kits or the grass. in the scheme of things I’m more annoyed I can’t fly an aeroplane and they should change the entire cockpit/ screens to suit me. 😂

I am blue / green colour blind, but there was a one of our games I seem to remember was on itv last season and the other team played in stripes. Nothing to do with blue green but I couldnt see a fucking thing or work out who was who. I had to begrudgingly turn it off it as it was messing with my eyes.

Is this just football clubs or prem? Who do I complain to that I find a football badge inaccessible and who fines them?
