Linked with Barca in the Times for 100m euros.

I suppose it was inevitable that this kind of rumour would start to circulate. Got to say, he looked a bit detached from the others during the celebrations after Leicester. I genuinely wondered about that at the time. It's not beyond possibility that this has unsettled him a bit.

It's good that teams like Barcelona are looking at our players, it's the price you pay for having class players.

Man U couldn't keep Ronaldo, Liverpool couldn't keep Coutinho.

Good news is the club won't be steamrolled in negotiations.

Is £87m really under market value for him?

Isn't that round about what Bellingham is going for?

Anyway, I'd be surprised if there's anything in this. Seems a year or two too soon for him to be getting any sort of itchy feet about a Barca/Madrid move and he'll surely want to play for us in the CL.

If it does happen we should insist on getting Raphinha back the other way.

The only important price is what we agree to not the so called market rate.

So many potential rematches in that lot.

Don't want Barcelona, we've done that in the last two.

Benfica was a nice tie, would be good to play them as a competitive team this time.

Feyenoord obvious reasons, the CL night there and also beat them on the way to the Fairs Cup.

Inter, the last CL route but also my dad said there was a tasty game against them in the Fairs Cup where they tried kicking shit out of us. We won.

Dynamo Zagreb, beat them in their Croatia Zagreb incarnation, Jonathan Pearce 'KETSSSSBAAAAIAAAAA'..

Rangers, another one from the Fairs Cup days and ructions with the Rangers fans.

Crvena zvezda, from our one shot at the Cup Winners' Cup.

For those reasons I'd only fancy Benfica again from this lot and Feyenoord because it would be the best shot at beating one of the top seeds. Other than that I want some fresh meat.

We had Partizan not Red Star in our CWC tie.

Some chumps now saying 4th and 5th place should have a play off for the final champions league spot.  We did have a play off, each team played a 38 game season , playing each team home and away.  [emoji38]

That's fine but it has to be decided before the start of the season. You can't just want it as you'll finish 5th.

So now that we have actually achieved top four and Champions League football, what goal/ moment was the moment you started to genuinely believe it was possible.

For me it's the Man United demolition just after our post League Cup slump.

Willock's goal against Chelsea going into the WC, Chelsea weren't that bad at the time.

The few times I saw him early on in the season he looked incredibly raw but had great pace. His stats look good for the season though. Is he actually off?

He'll be after a big pay rise imo. Mackems are one if the lowest payers in their league. Which isn't a bad thing however it'll be difficult to keep hold of their best players.

    To upset the routine.

Seen the KO times for the final day of the season next Sunday?

4:30 man, absolutely no fucking need, let’s make it so public transport is pretty much off by the time the games even KO on a bank holiday weekend, shall we lads?

The league one play off final is at 1:30 I assume it's because of that.

Would much rather manchester red then Liverpool finish 4th, Manchester have the financial backing to recover from missing champions league, Liverpool would suffer alot more for it, and are more likely to miss targets for it, and then struggle to recover.

Also if Liverpool miss out Klopp may leave by "mutual" agreement and that would be great to see.

I don't hate Ten Haag as much as Klopp so ManU 4th fir me.

Family holiday at Berwick. Talked my dad into getting the bus back for the match. Then bus back after. Was that a Franz Koenen debut ?

No, just looked it up. Ian Davies debut.
