The quickest and easiest "fix" for the queue system was just prevent multiple browser logins. Other ticket websites have managed this for years?♂️

I don't see anyone expecting "superior treatment" at all, more just some recognition of loyalty to the club ?♂️ Where does it end, remove season ticket renewals and make everyone apply each season?

Same here, plenty in group 2, nobody in 1
-
They managed for the cup final, so why not now? ballot 1 previous members that attended 5 games Ballot 2 previous members that attended 3 games Etc etc Now we have as much chance of a ticket as an away fan who gambles ?♂️

There's been no loyalty given to long term members, nothing. Leaving the membership open and unlimited, upping the costs, upping the match day tickets It's all shite ?
-
And to counter my own point The new owners have barely put a foot wrong since day one, and they already admitted they won't always get things right I'm still pissed off though ?
-
I was merely questioning if that's their intention, but we've already lost two areas to corporate since last season, and seen quite an increase on match ticket prices.
-
I've had a membership for years, and have been able to get tickets each time I've tried (other Wembley ?) until now. The club has let down a decent percentage of long term fans here. I just hope there's a rethink on the process, or are we seeing a push to get "new" fans in at the expense of us legacy fans ?
-
"injury prone" "Chelsea reject" "too small" Ah the joys of other fans bitterness
-
I'm sure I had read that members were also going to be able to buy cup packages, cant see anything now, I may have just made that up So are we guessing it will be the same "ballot" format for them?
-

I didn't have the ballot option using mobile browser, but did on pc. Had to add mates name first ticket then mine. Weird but it worked ?♂️
-
So this "5% of total tickets has to be left for general sale" is bollocks?
-
Fwiw I don't expect to get a ticket for every match, Id just like to see a fair system implemented I'm not sure they have achieved that though ?♂️
-
Not relevant now though. I'd lost interest, rarely watched on TV, never bought kit or did tours, never used Mine bar. That's all changed ?♂️
-
We've had membership for years, rightly or wrongly I kept it each season as my way of still having a connection with the club during the FCB years. Last season was a huge bonus being able to get almost any tickets I wanted (home) but that obviously wasn't going to last. I just fail to see the benefits now ?♂️
-
There's nothing stopping them buying a membership at any point in the season plus there's always at least 5% on general sale anyway
-
We may as well have binned the whole membership idea and left all non season tickets go to general sale
-
Just over 10 hours to go until the first ballot goes live I'm off to sort out the usual 60 odd browsers and beat the queues. ?
-
The price of the tickets, although it's a bit shit on how much it's increased, isn't the issue It's more that you have no idea on what price of ticket you will "win" nor if the allocated section is appropriate.
-
There does seem to be a growing minority in the "where were you when we were shit" brigade Probably the same ones that were calling others "scum cunts" for attending under the FCB days ?
-
Then they contact you and you have 24 hours to sort or the tickets get allocated to someone else that missed out
