Its obvious there are less tickets distributed through the ballot. It is disappointing not to win it but I've managed to get to every game this season through the member sale. It is better than last year IMO.

They've started using outside venues for hospitality ie 3sixty & Gaucho. Do they then get 'normal' seats or are they put into the platinum or something similar? If its the former then it is affecting the normal fan.

First time I went was FA cup the year after it opened and I was blown away by the stadium itself, concourse being huge and facilities like no other ground I'd ever been to.
