the whole transfer side of things need a serious review. DoF needs to dictate on direction with input from Howe of course, but if we want an assistant to Howe as a DoF it wont work. let Howe concentrate on getting the best out of the players, he done very well on that side, and let a DoF bring in proper talents. Andy Howe can take a step back. we need a DoF with balls, but also with an eye for a talent and for the market so Howe can trust him and not try to control him. the power vacuum created by lack of action of PIF didnt result in a great summer window at a time when was the exact time to strike while the iron is hot. letting Man Utd and Spurs especially to close the gap on us in the league is the polar opposite we should be doing. them being shit and far away from top4 is our big chance to solidify ourselves in top4/top5 which is crucial as if now next two season we dont get into CL as we just finish 6th or 7th two in a row our revenues take a hit again, we cannot grow sponsors, top players may do what Isak doing now without even being to say but we offer CL ...

worst is CL wont even do us much extra revenue. lot of the cash are handed out based on the coefficient order of clubs and we are rock bottom in that literally. some clubs do 60-70-80-90m revenue from it, winners, finalist even more. I think we will be given 30/40m and that it and even for that we need to get to last 16 probably which is not so simple in this new format. we seriously need to build up our coefficient as its an additional way to take money out of the pockets of newcomers..., seasons out of Europe completely do a big hit on coeff points and to be fair we only had those ones mostly.

number 1 task for PIF is getting the CEO and DoF jobs sorted quick by high quality people. without that there is a huge gap in the org with other people trying to do jobs they arent supposed to or cannot. we need to be more proactive after that, rather than waiting what other clubs doing, like how City does in their legal case on APT, we need to make a move ourselves too question how legal the whole PSR is. if Chelsea spends money on lawyers to find new loopholes, we can do the same or use the existing loopholes. what possibly works against us that PIF might look at it we got 2x CL qualifications in 3 years despite heavy PSR limits, all is good, but they are in for a surprise imo unless they change speed of action, it could be no CL for us in next 3 seasons and then look at our top players summer sagas... now is the time to kick on while Spurs and Man Utd are in a disarray. if we wait until they stabilize themselves and willl come back to be in top4 it will be very hard for us to finish in top6. it wasnt easy lat season to finish 5th even with Spurs,Man Utd wasnt even close. we needed Villa cheated out of a game vs Man Utd in last rounds haha "ref error". its extremely competitive and the big shit 6 will spend and spend and spend each summer to try to cement their way in further away from the rest.
