I think you’ve got a hell of a fee there. You’ve rinsed them.

It’s worth noting most of our signings last summer had a fair bit of experience in European competitions already. They’ll be used to the workload. Of course there will likely be a slight drop off at least, but I don’t think it’ll be as drastic as some (and the bookies) are suggesting.
-
Sorry. I meant they didn’t really dominate the ball in areas of the pitch that could hurt us.
-
They didn’t really dominate the ball as such. They were constantly passing it around the back mainly and we let them do it. Even taking possession out of the equation and looking at shots on goal. It’s 21 shots to us and 8 shots to them - the majority of those shots actually coming before the red card too I believe. I also guess you could argue the extra workload and injuries etc is levelled off with the fact there’s no AFCON this year, so we won’t be losing 8 players or so.
-
I was never one of those. Couldn’t believe there were some Sunderland fans seriously suggesting it too. AC Milan are in Europa league, so now you may well see a fair few mackems in Milan… This season has been class. Totally unexpected and Le Bris should be manager of the season (it’ll go to Arteta though). And you stink of steak bakes and won’t be using your airport for a year. So we’ll just move on from that name calling.
-
Fairly unlikely I think. Probably around quarter finals. We’ll likely struggle next season in the league too but I don’t give a fuck. We aren’t in a position like you and Chelsea etc where we can say ‘oh, let’s not qualify this year because we’ll have more of a go next year.’ This was an opportunity for us and we fucking well took it.

Why would you sell him? He looks like your best striker.
-
We have an excellent mentality when going behind. The likes of Xhaka & Mukiele are a big part of that.
-
Wouldn’t it still be embarrassing if you only finished a couple of points ahead of us though? A bit of extra embarrassment is a small price to pay to get Spurs relegated. Get it done lads.
-
Been a decent buy for around £3.5m last January.
-
I don’t disagree that some fans have questioned him last season and this season, but isn’t that the case for every club? Even yourselves with Eddie Howe. A lot of Newcastle fans seem to be questioning him, but the general consensus from fans of other clubs is that he’s done an excellent job for you. All managers in the prem are questioned at one point or another, except maybe Pep at City.
-
It’s just saying we may replace him if we fail to qualify for Europe because the owner is ambitious. A nonsense article really.
-
Must be a slow news day for Talksport. Absolutely zero substance to that and just a whole article on ‘maybe this will happen’.

5 points from a possible 42 is shambolic.
