I think it would be better if the home and away standing was in the same end of the ground i.e Leazes but very unlikely that the non-singing, sit-downers would want to move unless it meant quicker egress at the 35 and 80 minute point.

LWC its always a strange mixture of regulars, one offs and those who come and go depending on the ballot. There’s a small core of singers but generally the atmosphere is shite.

At PSV had 2 behind me who spent nearly all match talking about anything but football and a bloke nearby who belted out Suburbia by the Pet Shop Boys at half time but didn’t join in any of the singing during the game - weird.

With Tino out it has to be Miley at RB - don’t fancy Semenyo v Trippier especially after seeing him left trailing behind Cook yesterday.

Haven’t all the tickets that are now available already been paid for by ST holders or following the ballot ?

Strange one - despite having nearly doubled my loyalty points I am having less success in getting away tickets this season. Wouldn’t be too bad but those games I have been to there have been a significant number of empty seats (West Ham, Brighton, Burnley all examples).

Cups are our only chance of getting Europe now - spineless and insipid

Even Amorim knows that you have to change the way you play if it doesn’t work - everyone knows how to stop us and we have no answer when they do it. That was pathetic and we never looked like winning.

Can we have Eddie for home games and get a different coach for away ones?
