Yep, thought so - awful
-
Just looks horrible - will be even worse with that big white patch on the back

How many more times have I to say there’s not a whole lotta love - suppose it’s nobody’s fault but mine.

Pre-season (2026/27): NUFC to play Everton at Murrayfield on 12/08/26

I’ve got no drama with playing in Edinburgh, that wasn’t the point. The timing isn’t great if you want / need to stay overnight. NUFC.com highlighted the same issue. I stayed over in Glasgow last pre-season and had a great time. There’s plenty will need to travel onwards after they get back if you live in Alnwick, Carlisle etc. -

Yes, I forgot that every Newcastle fan lives in Newcastle. -

Accommodation should be nice and cheap 60,000+ Newcastle and Everton fans and the fringe at the same time - well done someone. -
Does the Magpie Mover go that far?
-
Keep it simple
-
Yes - another northern(ish) team. Anything below the Tyne is southern.
-
Better signing than Trippier - that’s how good he has been.
-
Agree about Ramsey - we didn’t look as good when he tired later on.
-
In the team that won 3-0 at Old Trafford in Carabao Cup - solid performance and a great night

Do you think the club will subsidise travel? -
Horrible - the shirt that is
-
No, I’m outraged you even suggested it.
-
Maybe a right footed defender would have helped?
-
Yes
-
And again - both sides of Pope there
-
Make them wait in centre circle - Chelsea would be good at that
-
It seemed inevitable they would score as this was at least the 5th time pope had placed the ball perfectly on van heckes head, our midfield had not challenged for the second ball and they just played through us.
-
My main issue was the second half 15 minute loop where we would get a goal kick, pope would unerringly pinpoint van Hecke’s head, none of our midfield would contest the second ball, Brighton would attack, we got a goal kick and it all started again. Surely one of the coaching team should have noticed this and done something before eventually pope changed sides. Amazingly Wissa actually won some headers but, as often happens, none of his teammates could take advantage.

Barnes would be a good option - he’s definitely not a good enough winger
