gray
Anyone know anything about this lad? Scored in both of Turkey's games, wikipedia (I know) says he's mint. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamit_Altıntop Only 24, apparently plays in Midfield but can go up front or in defence. Worth a look? gray
Second thoughts, it might have been his twin who scored?? Edit: Aye it was, sign em both!
Guest teepee
both are good players - but they play for top german teams, and i don't think they'd want to come here. even if they did, they'd probably cost quite a bit.

Northern Monkey
Better than the "this player is great" based on FM2007 bollocks, but only just.
gray
Im just about to sign them on FM2007, I'll let you know!
O Neill
Both at Schalke last year. One plays up front and the other in midfield. The better brother, Hamit, who plays midfield is now with Bayern Munich and has apparently impressed in the first 4 fixtures this season. There's a little bit more about them here http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=462574&cc=5739 Bayern playing Schalke this weekend.
Guest Marauder1905
Hamit is a top-class right back / right winger. He's doing a great job so far at Bayern.. and yeah this weekend it's Altintop vs. Altintop...Interesting match indeed
Guest kleinhero
Cause I'm from Munich I've seen all of his games, his is doing brilliant so far. But to be honest with you, almost nobody excpected him to play for us because everybody was talking about the great transfers of Toni,Klose,Ribery,Sosa,Janssen and ze Roberto, but almost no one excpected Altintop to be that strong. But I doubt it that he would be available in the next 3 years. His brother Halil is also a pretty good but I doubt it that he would have a chance against Owen,Martins and Viduka because I think they are much stronger. Guest jamesmartinsmith
He scored an incredible goal against Hannover the other week. He'd not leave Bayern for us. They will have complete monopoly in the league and should win the UEFA Cup. He's a great free signing for them.
wacko
Not bad players, either of them, but not outstanding. I reckon they'd both get very homesick, to be honest.
