Yorkie
Geremi - Barton - Emre - N'zogbia For me. What has Geremi done to justify dropping Milner? Emre or Barton sitting in that formation? What has Milner created so far this season to justify not being dropped in favour of trying something new? Agree to some extent. I've always be one to stand up for Milner and i think he's a very good player, probably a key player, but he's started to frustrate me quite a bit now. He's not really doing, well anything. However, personally i think that that's because he's being played down the left. And although it seemed so at first, that's not his most effective position. He can't cross from there without stopping, pulling it back onto his right, and only 'floating' a ball in. In favour of trying something new - but that new thing is putting Milner on the right. Keep Geremi in the centre.

What has Milner created so far this season to justify not being dropped in favour of trying something new? Put more good balls into the box than anyone else yesterday even if it was about 2. But hey lets drop him in favour of Geremi, at least Geremi isn't Milner So he put more balls into the box than the winger on the opposite side, that's great except on the other side was Alan Smith which kind of makes your point well...pointless, being better than Alan Smith counts for nothing when the bloke is abysmal. Milner has done nothing and looked like doing nothing again yesterday, just his usual slow paced self plodding up and down the wing, the reason we create little is because we've got players with zero pace down the wings unable to stretch the game and create space for others in the process... Cajun
Was a big part of our clearest chance yesterday but no lets drop him for the hugely creative looking player that is Geremi. His immense pace will destroy the full backs he comes up against.
Yorkie
Just get him back on the right.
Guest teepee
right now both - but when barton returns i'd play butt as the holding in a 4-4-2 with two proper wingers

Who out of Emre and Barton do you expect to hold? I'd put Barton and Faye together tbh
Dr. Nguyen Van Falk
Geremi - Barton - Emre - N'zogbia For me. What has Geremi done to justify dropping Milner? Emre or Barton sitting in that formation? Milner is the biggest huff player I've seen, just a shame all the huff leads to no puff. And I would play that at home, drop Emre for away games or play Butt behind them both with Duke up top.
