Thespence Posted January 12, 2008 Share Posted January 12, 2008 I think there is too much change when a new manager comes in, yes they should be able to change certain backroom things around but look at Chelsea, when Jose went he took the Portugal Posse with him but it did not effect the scouting or the Acadmeny system because that has been built up the club rather than the 1st team manager. Letting them do jigsaws in a cupboard for the next four years,could at least made most of them leave by choice.
