Why will we find it hard to find a buyer?

The only expectations we have is to have a team that we can be proud of, in recent times ala Keegan 1st Era and the Sir Bobby years.

A team that cares about the shirt, about the fans, a team that gives their all every single game. A team that makes us proud to stand at SJP every week and chant their names.

It doesn't require masses of money spent (Andy O'Brien, Andy Griffin?!?), it doesn't even require instant success (Sir Bobby and KK never won anything but both gave thoroughly enjoyable times).

I don't think there will be a problem finding a buyer. It's still pretty much an underdeveloped business with a lot of potential on the upside. As long as he doesn't ask a silly price.  £240m-280m is about right.
