Missed the ball by a split second, foot wasn't overly raised and it looked far worse than it really was. He was never going to seriously injure someone with a tackle like that. Hleb, who joined Barcelona in the summer, has been sidelined with an ankle injury and not featured for his new club since their draw against Racing Santander on 13 September. The 27-year-old was included in the Belarus squad but coach Bernd Stange has been quoted suggesting "our biggest problem is that our best player cannot play".
