Is that post from Sportnet a joke?

No pretty sure hes implying that we shouldnt but any more african players, as wed lose half of our strongest 11 for 6 weeks possibly.

Le Buteur in Algeria saying Boudebouz has a "concrete offer" from us but prefers Liverpool. Release clause €13m.

If we're serious about bringing that type of player in, i'd like another one than him. Overrated imo.

Funny how the world have developed when someone stating we shouldn't buy more african players it should rather be for the obvious reason of ACON rather then someone being a racist.

I understood that but we've had Ba, cisse and tiote contribute massively this season. How many games did the Senegalese boys miss? I don't think we should change anything. If a great player becomes available for a decent price we shouldn't worry about that

Not many, but we cant expect a big country like Senegal to go out after the group stage every tournament. Tiote missed 7-8 games i think?

Tiote's missed 14 league games this season through ACoN & injuries.

EDIT: Games he's played. Won 10, Drawn 7, Lost 3. :fwap:

Two of those defeats came at Anfield (I know, I know) & The Emirates too.

The injuries for tiote have been the major issue as each time he's returned he's struggled for a couple of games. Ivory went to the final as well right? I realize they will often go far but I don't think anything needs to change in our recruitment

Newcastle interested in signing Hamburg's Heung-Min Son, according to "Bild". #NUFC #HSV

Watched him once when Burnley were on the BBC and he was quality. Other than that have absolutely no idea. Had pace and a good cross.

Trippier that is.

Heung-Min's supposed to be class. Fans were all excited about him when I was at a game there last year. Had no impact then but I think he's been a bright spark in an awful Hamburg side this season.
