I've had no problem doing it online, 2 seats in east stand = £30.

I got both my adult tickets for £30 in total too. The problem was trying to buy a child ticket with the adult tickets. It kept charging £15 for the Child ticket until I bought it as a separate transaction.

 

All three of my tickets arrived in the post today which is next day delivery. The two adult tickets were in one envelope and the child ticket was in another. The delivery was fast but NUFC/Mike Ashley could have saved £0.47 postage and an envelope if the website had worked correctly. Multiply that across other people who want to buy a mixture of adult and child tickets and I'm sure the costs mount up over a season.

I ordered mine on the 18th and they arrived on the 19th. I assume you are local to Newcastle? The box office seem to send tickets out with first class postage paid.
