Them and Benfica are amazing, obviously have decent scouting systems but there must be something about their coaching or underlying Portuguese league respect that wants people to shell out mad money left, right and centre for their players. Shame small leagues can't compete continentally anymore in the CL otherwise they'd both be in the latter stages of the CL on a regular basis if hey had the scouting in place.
