Yeah, we have a Brazilian friend who's a lovely lass, I was teasing her in the run up saying Germany were going to batter them. Thought Germany were going to win but obviously not expecting that. I’m really struggling to think of anything close in terms of a national football humiliation. The fact it was the Germans creating possibly the all-time footballing Schadenfreude is so apt. He'd backed Germany to win the tournament, but still couldn't believe what he was watching.
