The ‘Shearer’ song obviously gets a good airing at Man Utd, in response more than anything else.

Other than that, the ‘O’Brien’ song remains a firm favourite wherever. Can’t think of any other former players than are regularly referred to?

Agree that the 'who's that team' one is crap. Was recently informed (on here) that the line I didn't know was "and we all know how to fight" and I think that's an absolute cringe, personally. Not that I'm sat here coming up with anything different.

I was introduced to 'Who's that team' when I first started attending matches in the 80s, it was reserved for games against Man U when they would sing their own version. Our version began with the line "who's that lying on the runway", I imagine everybody gets the reference. I'm neither proud nor ashamed to admit I joined in with 36,000 other fans, but I've no desire to see it resurrected. Back then it was our only recourse to regular defeats, hopefully we'll be better than that soon.

My first memory of the Shearer chant was for Kevin Sheedy whenever we got am indirect free-kick from a backpass.
