What do you expect...Does NUFC have an Arab player playing for us ? NO...therefore they will mention Spurs as they have two Egyptian players playing for them...

Well I still wouldn't expect them to refer to Spurs as one of the world's biggest clubs, Arab players notwithstanding.

Emre is white and clearly not of arab descent.

Also the middle-eastern kids haven't even played for our U18 side yet.

It's not about them playing, its the fact that people watched a programme prooting us.

From what I gather the show wasn't really on a main channel like BBC1 it was on an equivalant of ITV3, so I doubt that many people saw it.

No he's not. The Turks have much more in common with middle eastern countries then they do any western country.

The fact that Turkey have more in common with middle eastern counties does not change the fact he is white and clearly not arab.

well,i am an Arab

Trust me,the word "spurs" was just so that Showtime can get some of those (200 million?) egyptians to subscribe..

The truth is,the La-liga and the Serie A are more famous here, mostly because they are broadcasted on channels that cost far less then the channels that broadcaste the epl..

Note: Mido's name is in there FFS
