Apparently others had the same issue previously? Was there any solution found? If he purchased a ‘restricted view’ ticket, make sure he selects that as the type of ticket he’s transferring. It defaults as a standard ‘Upper Adult’ ticket which is wrong if he bought a restricted view one. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
