A European away is a bucket list thing for me so an away game against someone reachable with a decent allocation so a reasonable chance of a ticket(s), pls.

Only done it the once, Brugge away.  Absolutely mental and a great laugh.

Keen to get to another, for sure.

Generally in Germany, the ground is neutral apart from the ultras section and also for big games like Der Klassiker and local derbies etc

i found this last time we played Dortmund

Please note:

Please be aware that in the entire southern part of the stadium (SW, South, SE) access is not permitted to those wearing opposition colours.

In the away team stands - that is, in those parts of the stadium for which tickets were purchased via the away team (typically stands 60,61,08 – as well as in stands 70,75, 55-59) access is not permitted to those wearing BVB colours.

Should the away team not take up its entire ticket allocation, tickets for the unneeded stands will be sold to neutrals and BVB fans, and will only be available from Borussia Dortmund, as well as from BVB advance sales points and here on BVB.de. Entry wearing BVB colours is then allowed, and wished-for.

I grabbed a vip ticket for a couple hundred quid and tried blending in by utilising pigeon German, until i realised i was sat next to another Geordie from North Shields and we both decided to drop the undercover act.

Dortmund fans were sound tbf but obviously we didn't really lay a  glove on them so maybe it could've been different if Joelinton took his chance.

Has anyone had any experience of going in the home end for a European away tie? That is my only option to get to see us play away and happy to take the risk.

Zulte Waragem in the UEFA circa 2007. Played them in Gent (spelling?) because their stadium wasn't up to it IIRC. Went without tickets but pre-arranged to meet a local who would supply us with 2. We weren't sure he'd keep his promise but thankfully he turned up. Home fans were fine and we openly celebrated goals etc. A bit of Dutch courage may have contributed to that. Best trip ever. Don't think it will ever be beaten.

Real Madrid at home would also be a pretty big moment in the club’s history I feel.

Not quite sure I fully grasp what this is saying, but will post anyway:

edit: we have a 33% chance of getting Madrid?
