I'm convinced it'll be him, and we'll overpay massively for him. As I've said on other threads, he's an upgrade on Murphy but he's not the player we need if we want to address the issues we've seen all season, imo.

There's holes all over the squad. Yep, lose one of Bruno, Tonali or Joelinton and the drop off is huge. However, lose Isak and the drop off is even bigger. Lose Murphy (can't believe I've typing this) and the drop off is huge. Lose Schar and the drop off is huge. The club will know this. Selling your 4th best midfielder isn't the answer to fixing any of those issues, unless we sell him for £50m+ which really isn't happening.

People just want something a bit different to kicking it and running fast I did wonder if I was being harsh on him so I’ve watched his “best bits” on YouTube as a reminder. He’s absolutely rapid but every single thing he does is kick it and run fast after it He’s got more potential than Murphy but it’s really boring.
